What does Black Rock Coffee Bars and Rookie Rise have to do with each other? We both started our companies, right here in Portland Oregon and we teamed up for the day to give our community a taste of support and unity. We geared up the crews at Black Rock with our Rook Face tees. The crews included Gladstone Oregon, Happy Valley Oregon and Milwaukie Oregon. I've been drinking Black Rock since it opened. When I'm designing and start to sink into a low caffeinated slump, I'll head up the street and grab myself a drink, normally it's a Rockstar, infused with Blue Raspberry.

Black Rock has this trendy vibe. The employees are always upbeat and full of energy. People forget that a smile goes along way. Have you ever stepped into a business and the employees act like you are an inconvenience to them? I've never felt this way when I stop by Black Rock Coffee locations. This is where success happens. Success happens at the door or; in this case, at the window. Thanks to all of the Black Rock and Rookie Rise supporters who stopped by to get their free Rookie Rise decals.
