Dieting During The Holidays? Who In The Bleep Has Ever Done This?
<p style="line-height: 20.4799995422363px;">Update: I lost 7 pounds my first week of my "Rise Up Couch Potato" journey. I went From 264lbs down to 257lbs... Then it happened, the Christmas feasts with family. Every relative brought that crazy good secret recipe to the table and shoved it into my face. Kidding, I volunteerly manimaled every dish like Ralphie from "The Christmas Story" You have to be some kind of super hero to resist the tempatation of smoked ham, mashed potatoes and desserts that make your mouth water simply knowing that it lurks on your kitchen counter. I'm like Frank The Tank from the movie from "Old School" when it comes to sweets. "It tastes so good once it hits your lips!" I managed to put back on 5 of the 7 pounds that I lost in the first week of my diet. I'm sitting at about 262Lbs.</p>

<p style="line-height: 20.4799995422363px;">My first week of my diet attempt, I was drinking black coffee every morning. I cut out all pop and sugary drinks. I ate about a cup and a half of oatmeal for breakfast. I would skip lunch only because my days are pretty busy. I had chicken pita wraps for dinner. I did this for 5 of the 7 days. I had a cheat meal on saturday (or a sanity day) which was a grilled turkey/cheese sandwich with avocado and some fries. When sunday came, I had the pre Christmas bakery goods covering my counter that I regretfully indulged on. That's when the diet went out the door. Now that the holidays have passed, except for the new year which I don't think I'll be tempted with anything worth breaking my plan for. I am 100% committed to losing these ELL BEEZ! Again, I'll update this as I progress with my diet. I will post before and after pics once there are some noticeable differences between the two pictures. Nobody wants to see a before and still pic, Ha.</p>
